How do I install it?
There are two key holes (see last picture in the images) in the back that slide over the screw head and lock in place. The required screws are provided as well as gypse anchors.

How are the hooks held in place?
They're hooked on the bar. That's it. We've design their profile so they'll never fall regardless of the weight of what you hand on them.
Can I order one in a different wood or colour than those proposed?
